Take A Kid Mountain Biking Day 2018 Registration Is Live

April 12, 2018 – This snow is melting, the trails are drying and its time to start tuning the bikes! In just two short months hundreds of kids will be hitting the trails for the 2018 edition of IMBA Canada’s Take A Kid Mountain Biking Day(#TAKMBD) in partnership with MEC, Parks Canada, and Clif Bar.

Clear your calendar for a few hours on Saturday, June 9 and Saturday, October 13, 2018 and join the families, clubs, communities and National Parks celebrating #TAKMBD all across Canada!

Want to organize or host an event in your area? There’s plenty of time!

Our host packages include everything you need to put on a fantastic #TAKMBD celebration, including promotional posters, kids trail resources, stickers and swag from IMBA Canada and great partners and supporters. Just register your event at imbacanada.com/kids no later than May 26 (for the June date) or September 29 (for the Fall date) to have it added to our interactive map and to ensure that your host package arrives on time.

Don’t forget – any day can be #TAKMBD so even if your event is not on June 9 or October 13, you can still sign up and we will provide you with a host package!

A big thank you to the volunteers across the country who are taking the time to host mountain biking events and get youth outside and on bikes! You are helping to grow the Canadian mountain bike community and create the next generation of riders.
